Visualization - why we should all be doing it
The importance of creating a clear mental image of your desired goal.
How the subconscious mind works -
All of our results have and are being dictated by our subconscious
Our results in life will always be congruent with the beliefs that we hold at a subconscious level.
These beliefs - more often than not are self limiting
Installed as a child
Inherited from our parents
Operate from a level that we are unaware of.
In order to change our results we need to change our beliefs about ourselves
Maxwell Maltz - Psycho Cybernetics
Our subconscious is a cybernetic device
This means our subconscious, through whatever course of action we take will lead us to the destination that we have stored in our minds.
How does this happen?
The beliefs we hold at a subconscious level influence our conscious thoughts which influence our actions which influence our results - SIMPLE!
When we change our beliefs we influence the whole chain of command from the deepest level.
E.g. A student that is told they are only capable of a D grade may achieve an A in one exam but will gravitate back because of the belief that has been installed that they are only capable of a D
In order to be an A student that person must have the belief that they are.
Effectively the majority of us are running on subconscious beliefs that are stopping us for reaching any kind of self potential.
These beliefs work constantly in the background influencing your conscious thought in order to be upheld.
Most of the time without even realising. How does this happen?
The beliefs we hold at a subconscious level influence our conscious thoughts which influence our actions which influence our results - SIMPLE!
When we change our beliefs we influence the whole chain of command from the deepest level.
How can visualisation help this?
Our subconscious has no ability to distinguish between what is real and what is not.
The language of the subconscious is images and feelings
If we close our eyes and imagine with feeling then to our subconscious it is real!
By visualizing we can change the self limiting beliefs that do not serve our interest and replace them with empowering beliefs
Our subconscious will strive to make that belief a reality
through changing the thoughts that arrive in our conscious and thus influencing us to take different action and as a result creating a new reality based on the new belief
What to visualise
Decide what you want, what you want to be, whatever it is, and then hold that in your mind as if it has already happened.
Try to use all your senses to emotionalise the images.
Here’s an example - You want a new car
Picture every detail, listen to the engine, feel the leather on the steering wheel,
Smell the air freshener, experience every detail.
Here’s another example:
You want to earn crazy money..
See your bank statement with the balance you desire, imagine eating in the expensive restaurant you could never afford before, taste the food, listen to the conversation, look at the decor.
Picture your dream 5* holiday, feel the sand under your feet and the sun beating down on you, listen to the sounds and absorb every detail.
21 day of repetition and it's done!
A repeated action for 21 days becomes an ingrained new habit.
As stated before your subconscious cannot differentiate between these emotionalised images and real ones.
In a very short period of time your subconscious will be working with these thought in the background and doing everything it can to bring them to reality through the process of conscious influence - action - reality creation.
Build Self Confidence
This is not only important for material purposes.
Self limiting beliefs and lack of self worth hold us back in all areas
Picture the person you would like to be
Love, confidence, abundance, self worth - create the image and really allow yourself to feel that.
With a little time and practice old beliefs will begin to be replaced with the new and your subconscious will go right to work to make that your default reality.

Six Steps to Developing a Growth Mindset
Six Steps to Developing a Growth Mindset
1) Understand that most people don’t have just one mindset. According to Dr. Dweck, it’s common for us to have different mindsets for different roles and life circumstances. A predominantly growth mindset person, for example, can succumb to situations, or triggers, such as a competitive challenge or being forced out of one’s comfort zone, that produces a fixed mindset. The key, according to Dweck, is identifying the triggers and responding rather than reacting.
2) View challenges as opportunities. Having a growth mindset means relishing challenges and risks as opportunities for self-improvement. Under a fixed mindset, the fear of looking foolish keeps people from trying new things. Think of situations or endeavors that especially challenge you–things you may be tempted to avoid out of fear or reluctance. Then, put aside your fear, do it anyway, and relish the private victory.
3) Replace the word “failing” with the word “learning.” Walt Disney was fired from the Kansas City Star because he “lacked imagination and had no good ideas,” Oprah Winfrey was fired from her job as a TV anchor in Baltimore for being “too emotionally invested in her stories,” Ben Hogan, one of the greatest golfers of all time, was considered completely uncoordinated as a child, and Steven Spielberg was rejected by USC’s Cinematic Arts School multiple times. What if these American icons had a fixed mindset? Despite their immense talent, these world class people would have given in to the rejection and given up hope… and the world wouldn’t be the same.
4) Value the process over the end result. Growth mindset people enjoy the journey; they’re okay, if, for example, instead of competing to place in their age group in a 5K charity race, they choose instead to run with their kids at the back of the pack. A fixed mindset, by contrast, avoids situations in which they might appear weak or vulnerable.
5) Reward actions, not traits. If you lead others–especially if you have children–don’t praise them for their talent, which nurtures a fixed mindset, but instead recognize their hard work. Similarly, as George Walther, author of the book, Power Talking, advises, when someone compliments you for your performance, instead of minimizing or deflecting the praise which are signs of false humility, respond by saying, “Thank you, I worked hard and planned well!” Don’t be hesitant to project self confidence while giving yourself credit for the process, not the outcome.
6) Test your mindset. Finally, if you’re unclear about which mindset you tend towards, you can take a simple mindset test.
How much could a fixed mindset be costing you? Travis Bradberry, one of the thought leaders in the field of emotional intelligence, sums it up like this: “If you aren’t getting a little bit better each day, then you’re most likely getting a little worse—and what kind of life is that?”
In what areas of your life do you tend towards a fixed mindset? When are you in growth-mindset mode? How can you apply one or more of these six keys to growing yourself?

How to Clear Your Hidden Abundance Blocks Permanently
Some of you, could have inner conflict that makes manifesting financial abundance a struggle. Your desire to become wealthy and enjoy financial freedom whilst subconsciously believing that you don’t deserve so much abundance. That belief comes from fears and feelings of unworthiness stored in your subconscious mind.
Even though you learned, understood and practiced the Law of Attraction, you are not breaking through the abundance threshold and feel prevented from getting to the next level of financial wealth you so much desire. No matter how many positive affirmations you say; how much time you spend visualising yourself being abundant or how many goals you write down, you stagnate because deep down you don’t believe you are worth what you desire.
We can only manifest what we subconsciously believe we deserve and often when we do get more than we feel we are worth having, we sabotage it and unable to enjoy it we unconsciously push it away! Whatever you believe at the deepest level, will manifest into your reality, that’s why abundance has to come from within yourself. Sooner or later, you will become a millionaire if you already believe you are one but you won’t manifest it if you don’t act like you already are a millionaire! The universe doesn’t discern between what is real or not, so whatever you believe is will eventually manifest into reality.
In order to create a harmonized vibrational match between you and the abundant things, people and events that you desire to attract, your thoughts and beliefs must be aligned on the same vibrational frequency. When your vibrational frequency doesn’t harmonize with the vibrational frequency of what you wish to attract, it signals that there are unconscious or unseen energetic blockages holding you back from manifesting.
There are abundance blocks that keep people in a frequency of limitation, scarcity and lack meaning that any manifestation technique that you do will be cancelled out by energetic blockages like blame, unworthiness, doubt, self-sabotage and even negative beliefs ingrained in your family history.
You will be able to access your higher self’s guidance, intuition and wisdom when these energetic blockages are removed from your field of awareness thus allowing you to manifest an abundant lifestyle. To take an inspired action, there must be no fear of success or change so even if you have a genius idea to become prosperous, don’t not apply it because you feel and think that you don’t have the resources or will fail. Don’t let your inner voice deep down trick you into believing you are not good enough to succeed. Don’t let energy dynamics keep you stuck in a vicious circle of blockages and self-sabotage, you can clear these abundance blocks!

Secret of Success
Countless books have been written on how to achieve success, many claiming to reveal the secret or magic pill that will effortlessly give you the Midas touch. From goal setting to positive thinking to the latest marketing techniques, there is no shortage of material.
So, what is the magical secret of success? There are three key pieces to having success in any area. Whether you want financial success, successful relationships or to master a skill: Clear Vision, Thought and Action.
Clear Vision
Having a clear vision is one of the primary factors that separates successful people from unsuccessful people. After all, how can you seek success without knowing what success is? Some people have a natural talent for creating a clear vision of what they want, but it is a skill that can be learned.
Begin by defining what success means to you. If you are seeking financial success, is a lump sum of cash in the bank or a high net worth success to you? Or do you define financial success by cash flow?
Once you have defined your goal, you must create and hold the feeling of your vision. Using visualization to create a clear picture and putting yourself clearly in this picture is an easy way to find the feeling of success. Use as much detail as possible and incorporate all five senses. Describe your environment when you have achieved success. What do you see? Smell? What sounds do you hear? Can you taste the air? How does the air feel on your skin? How do your clothes feel? What are you thinking about? What emotions are you experiencing?
The more detail you use when you create your clear vision of success, the easier and faster it will manifest into your reality.
Thought
Monitoring your thoughts as you go through your day, is another secret to success. The power of thought is nothing new and has been discussed in classic books such as Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill and the Science of Getting Rich by Wallace Wattles.
If you are not yet experiencing success or are going through a difficult period in your life, there will be plenty of evidence that success might be out of reach for you. It is easy to give in to negative thoughts, especially if people in your life are not 100% supportive of your goals. When you give in to these thoughts and feeling, you cancel out your manifestation of success that you started when you created your vision.
This is when thought and belief becomes critically important. Whether you are seeking success financially, spiritually or in relationships, hold the feeling and belief that you created when made your clear vision of success. Feeling and thinking like a successful person will bring success to you.
Action
Once your mind is in the right place, it is time to implement the final key to success: Action.
You won’t become a star player if you take a shot and you won’t achieve wealth if you don’t provide value into the world. Don’t wait for the entire path you need to take to become illuminated. Just take the next clear step, whether that is signing up for a class to learn a skill or implementing a new technique. Once you start taking action with the right mindset, you will quickly achieve success in any area of life.
Although there is no magic pill that will instantly bring you success, the secret is that success is a skill and a habit that, with practice, will become effortless.
