BE PROACTIVE

Your life doesn't just "happen." Whether you know it or not, it is carefully designed by you. The choices, after all, are yours. You choose happiness. You choose sadness. You choose decisiveness. You choose ambivalence. You choose success. You choose failure. You choose courage. You choose fear. Just remember that every moment, every situation, provides a new choice. And in doing so, it gives you a perfect opportunity to do things differently to produce more positive results.

Habit 1: Be Proactive is about taking responsibility for your life. You can't keep blaming everything on your parents or grandparents. Proactive people recognise that they are "response-able." They don't blame genetics, circumstances, conditions, or conditioning for their behaviour. They know they choose their behaviour. Reactive people, on the other hand, are often affected by their physical environment. They find external sources to blame for their behaviour. If the weather is good, they feel good. If it isn't, it affects their attitude and performance, and they blame the weather. All of these external forces act as stimuli that we respond to. Between the stimulus and the response is your greatest power--you have the freedom to choose your response. One of the most important things you choose is what you say. Your language is a good indicator of how you see yourself. A proactive person uses proactive language--I can, I will, I prefer, etc. A reactive person uses reactive language--I can't, I have to, if only. Reactive people believe they are not responsible for what they say and do--they have no choice.

Instead of reacting to or worrying about conditions over which they have little or no control, proactive people focus their time and energy on things they can control. The problems, challenges, and opportunities we face fall into two areas--Circle of Concern and Circle of Influence.

Proactive people focus their efforts on their Circle of Influence. They work on the things they can do something about: health, children, problems at work. Reactive people focus their efforts in the Circle of Concern--things over which they have little or no control: the national debt, terrorism, the weather. Gaining an awareness of the areas in which we expend our energies in is a giant step in becoming proactive.

10 Law of Attraction Tips For Business Success

These law of attraction business tips could really boost your businessUnderstanding how the law of attraction works and using it in my own business has been a wonderful journey so far.
So today, I’d like to share with you 10 Law of Attraction Tips to help you attract your dream business.

 1. GET CLEAR ABOUT YOUR DREAM BUSINESS

You don’t need the whole picture, but I strongly recommend you do take the time to have a clear idea of where you’re heading.

2. BE A POSITIVE THINKER

Mike Dooley from The Secret says ~ Thoughts become things
When you catch yourself with negative thoughts whizzing through your head swap them for something better feeling.
Example ~ Business is really slow this week.  Swap to ~ I’m taking this time to catch up on jobs and make sure everything is running smoothly.

3. VISUALIZE YOUR BUSINESS AS YOU WANT IT, AS IF YOU ALREADY HAVE IT.

Enjoy imagining your ideal business day, how you spend your time…

4. FOCUS ON WHAT YOU WANT IN YOUR BUSINESS EVERY DAY

Make it a daily habit to focus on what you want rather than the things you don’t.  Also, focus on what’s going well rather than what isn’t.

5. SURROUND YOURSELF WITH POSITIVE PEOPLE

When you surround yourself with positive people, it’s much easier for you to stay positive too.  A great place for you to connect online with other women in business is my Facebook Group, also look up local networking events and find one that is a good match for you.  Get friendly with other local business women who have already (or they are actively moving towards) their ideal business.

6. PRACTICE AFFIRMATIONS

Affirmations help keep your thoughts positive and help to shift negative beliefs.  Positive affirmations are simply positive statements that AFFIRM what we want, such as… I am creating a successful business I love and that supports my ideal life.

7. FOCUS ON THE THINGS THAT SHOW UP IN YOUR BUSINESS THAT YOU LIKE, ENJOY, WANT, LOVE…

The more you focus on the good stuff you already love, the more you will attract like this.

8. CHANGE YOUR BELIEFS TO POSITIVE

We all form a huge amount of beliefs throughout our life.  Some are positive and helpful and some are negative and stop us from achieving our goals.  One easy tip is to write your belief down and then question it.  Say “Is this really true for me now?”  Other great techniques to use are EFT and Hypnosis to help shift limiting beliefs.

9. WRITE DOWN HOW YOU WANT IT TO BE

A great exercise is to write about an aspect of your business the way you want it.  It can be how you want the day to go, the meeting you’ve got this week, a collaboration with another business person to go, a project you’re working on….  Use this technique in any and all areas of your business.

10. BE GRATEFUL

Be grateful and not just for the thinks you like.  Also be grateful for the things that you don’t like that show up in your business as they are indicators that you need to make a shift.
I hope you’ve enjoyed these law of attraction tips for business success.
***Now I’d love you to tell me in the comments below something you’re grateful for in your business today.  Remember the more you focus on gratitude, the more you’ll get to be grateful for.
Happy manifesting
